The George Washington Wilson Centre for Visual Culture and the Department of Film and Visual Culture are pleased to announce two events for its VISION programme in November:

I am please to announce the GWW Centre For Visual Culture’s November events:
Shared Heart – a Conversation with Brian and Bibo Keeley.

In 2013, artist Brian Keeley underwent a heart transplant to save his life. His now wife Bibo, who is also an artist, was by his side the entire time. The two documented the process through their art. Join us for a screening of a film about the couple followed by Brian and Bibo in conversation with Heather May Morgan, Research Fellow in the Health Research Unit, and Silvia Casini, Lecturer in Film and Visual Culture, whose work focuses on scientific imagery. Part of the Festival of Social Sciences.
