Join us for a very special Director’s Cut with Bernard Rose, director of influential horror classic Candyman, to celebrate the cult film’s 25th anniversary.
Bernard will discuss with the BBC’s Fiona Stalker, his career in film making as a writer and director which began when he was just 9 years old. Bernard has made films that span a great breadth of genres, from Beethoven biopic Immortal Beloved to horror classics such as Candyman and Paperhouse. His award-winning contemporary Frankenstein adaptation garnered rave reviews when it screened at London’s Fright Fest in 2015. Horror fans will be excited to hear about Bernard’s upcoming projects using radical versions of nineteenth century texts.
